(1) Refund Policy
Overpayments will be issued refunds. Any other request for refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
(2) Late Payment Policy
Balances unpaid 30 days after the billing date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge, 18% annual percentage rate.
(3) Privacy Policy
For providing financial services, CPAs are required by law to inform their clients of their policies regarding privacy of client information. The professional standards of confidentiality that CPAs adhere to are even more firm than those required by law. Therefore, NextEdge CPA will always protect your right to privacy.
We collect nonpublic personal information about you that you either provide to us or we obtain with your authorization.
For current and former clients, we do not disclose any nonpublic personal information obtained in the course of services, unless we are required or permitted by law. Permitted disclosures would include: providing information to our employees and, in limited situations, to unrelated third parties who need to know that information to assist us in providing services to you. In all such situations, we honor the confidential nature of information and share securely.
We retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist you with your professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines.
