Engagement & Billing Policies
1. Refund Policy
Refunds for overpayments are processed automatically via the original payment method. All other refund solicitations are subject to formal review by our financial department to ensure equitable resolution and regulatory compliance.
2. Late Payment Policy
Invoices remaining unsettled thirty (30) days post-billing are subject to a monthly finance charge of 1.5% (18% APR). We emphasize the importance of timely settlements to maintain the continuity of professional services without administrative surcharges.
3. Privacy & Data Protection
NextEdge CPA is dedicated to safeguarding client confidentiality in alignment with AICPA professional standards and statutory requirements. We restrict access to non-public personal information to authorized personnel and third-party specialists strictly as required to perform professional services. Our internal security protocols are designed to preclude unauthorized disclosure while maintaining the highest integrity of client data.
